Service Description
This package includes your 1 hour - initial consultation, your written protocol, and your 45 minute followup visit to discuss your results. In the initial consultation, an intake will be taken, involving a questionnaire, intake forms, and a discussion regarding your goals. Approximately 1-2 weeks later, you will come back for a second visit to review your strategy, and discuss any questions you may still have.
